A written profile of your skin, in your inbox within 24 hours. Skin type. Sensitivities. What to prioritize. What to leave alone. Yours to keep — use it any time you shop for skincare, whether it's Novéra or not.
Two check-ins Day 15 + 30
A short follow-up at Day 15 and Day 30 to see what's shifted, what's working, and whether anything needs adjusting. Most consultations end at Day 0. Yours doesn't.
The Skin Passport
A written record of your skin at a single point in time — what it needs, what it's reacting to, what to build a routine around. Written in plain language, not clinical shorthand.
You'll use it whenever you shop for skincare. Anywhere. It's yours regardless of what you decide to try next.
The $40, in full
The Skin Consultation is $40 plus tax — $45.20 total at checkout in Ontario. It covers the consultant's time and the passport itself. When you're ready to try a Novéra product, the full $40 comes back as a single-use credit code.
